The unbeliebable nerve of some people! Justin Bieber was snapped apparently copping a feel on a young fan during a Miami meet and greet on Monday. In a photo posted on a Bieber fan site and then removed, the girl can be seen smiling awkwardly for the camera as the Biebs strategically kisses her cheek and appears to cup her boob. (At least he didn't cup her cheek and kiss her … oh, never mind.) The singer recently admitted to feeling a bit lonely following his breakup with Selena Gomez. "I'm not in the happiest place that I've ever been," he told Billboard. Apparently, the same can't be said of his hand. [Source]
