The Biebs makes cancer-battling little girl's dream come true

Justin Bieber burnished his rep and did a nice thing for a sick little girl all at the same time. The Biebs met 4-year-old Hailey Roser, who is battling brain cancer, for five choice minutes backstage at a concert in Milwaukee Sunday, much to the delight of Hailey's supporters, who had launched a social media campaign in hopes of getting Hailey face time with her idol. Hailey's quest caught the attention of the pop star's manager, Scooter Braun, who arranged the meet-up. "You don't know LIVING unless you know GIVING," Braun tweeted afterward.
