Football fans? Kiss your biceps while you can, because you may get socked for royalties soon. San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick has filed to trademark of Kaepernicking, his bicep-smooching gesture that has caught on during the team's Super Bowl run. On Jan. 14, Kaepernick filed with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, allowing him to profit from its use on clothing such as T-shirts. It’s not all about the money, though. Some proceeds from the first "Kaepernicking" shirt will go to Camp Taylor, which runs camps for kids with congenital heart defects. We could kiss you, Kaepernick. Just not on the arm.
