The Kansas Department of Revenue is a fickle master when it comes to banning license plates. Pity the poor plastic surgery aficionado who was hoping to drive away with "2HOT4U" (or even "2HOTT4U") — though, based a new list of banned terms, "2HOTTT4U" seems be a go. A "Homeland" fan can't get "CIA." Luckily, "HELLSNO" is approved, even if "HELLSO" is verboten. Like, we said, a fickle master.
