2/10/2013Kanye West is making good on his promise not to attend this year’s Grammy Awards — he and his pregnant love-muffin Kim Kardashian are currently frolicking in the sunshine of Rio de Janeiro while the rest of us slowly rot away inside our snow-drenched homes from cabin fever. On Saturday, the lovebirds were caught snapping photos and scoping out the crowd at Rio’s Corcovado Mountain, where the annual Carnival celebrations kicked off on Friday. At a concert in December, West swore to skip the Grammys — the music world’s biggest annual awards show — because he saw the omission of his record "My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy" from the list of 2012 Album of the Year nominees as a snub.
