Jimmy Kimmel and Kanye West are publicly feuding after Kimmel recently spoofed an interview West had with BBC Radio. Kimmel used a child actor holding a strawberry milkshake to play the singer; West was not amused. He reportedly called Kimmel to complain and ask for a public apology, then turned to Twitter to express his outrage — which, of course, Kimmel used as material on Thursday night's show.
"Jimmy Kimmel is out of line to try and spoof in any way the first piece of honest media in years," said one of West's few all-caps tweets that didn't include obscenities. Surely West understands that getting laughs by making fun of public figures is what a late-night comedian is paid to do? "Sarah Silverman is a thousand times funnier than you and the whole world knows it!!!" read another tweet. Saying your ex-girlfriend has better comedic skills than you? Now THAT'S hitting below the belt.
