Duke fraternity is surprised that Asian-themed party enrages Asians

Frat parties aren't usually associated with political correctness, but Duke University's Kappa Sigma went over the top when it held its Asia-themed party on Feb 1. Or did it? The Asian Students Association is fuming over everything from sumo wrestling costumes to the grating invitation ("Herro Nice Duke Peopre!!" inviting "Mi, Yu, You and Yo Friends"). Cue campus protest and Kappa Sigma's parent organization suspending the Duke chapter. But Duke's VP of student affairs says no disciplinary actions are in the works since acting "boorish and foolish" isn't a violation.
