In an ugly new turn in the Kim Kardashian-Kris Humphries divorce battle, Humphries has filed papers demanding that Kardashian give him access to accounting books and financial records from the 72 days of their marriage. He contends his ex is guilty of "breaching fiduciary duty." At issue is Kardashian's decision to keep their wedding gifts and donate double the gifts' value to charity. Humphries' lawyers assert, "A spouse may not make a gift of community personal property, or dispose of community personal property for less than fair and reasonable value, without the written consent of the other spouse."
