"WOW-EE," tweeted @Grazia_Live of Kate's cut in the frock, the lace bodice of which features Swarovski crystals. The duchess was also rocking £450 ($725) worth of Jimmy Choo sandals that put your flip-flops to shame. @brucel advocates jailing "any news editor who discusses Kate Middleton's clothes." Sorry, but we can't ignore an angel with a blue dress on.
