UPDATE: Kate Upton agrees to go to prom with guy who made video

Kate Upton, Jake Davidson has an offer you can't refuse. The California teen has taken to YouTube to ask the Sports Illustrated cover model to his prom, promising an evening that — according to this video — will probably include pastel dress shirts and driving around until his 11 p.m. curfew. C'mon, Kate! Jake is awkwardly adorable and has video evidence that he's old enough to shave. We'd say that he kind of reminds us of Ferris Bueller (especially his lathered-up shower monologue), but that movie's way older than both of them. See? They already have something in common!

UPDATE: Well, that escalated quickly. Kate Upton — the REAL Kate Upton — responded to Davidson Tuesday on Twitter, telling him "you can call me Katie if you want," adding the promising "I'll check my schedule." During an appearance on the "Today" show Wednesday morning, Davidson was literally left speechless when Upton called into the show. "It will be a great night," he finally said.
