Kate Upton graces Sports Illustrated cover, but that's not a swimsuit
2/9/2013There was a time long ago in history when the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition actually featured women in swimsuits — regardless of the climate. Well, the models' union must be getting stronger, or maybe Kate Upton just has a whole lot of star power. SI just tweeted out this year's cover, and it seems the magazine's annual eye-candy edition is now about winter jackets in addition to swimsuits. The cover features Upton (for the second time) modeling a pair of bikini bottoms and a parka for the "Polar Bare" theme of models in Antarctica. It's nice that the magazine let her wear one item of sensible clothing to the South Pole, but we're pretty sure Sir Edmund Hillary wore pants and a shirt on his expedition as well. [Source]

Do you think Upton should have packed warmer clothes for her trip?
