Katy Perry shows off a radically new look for the latest cover of Interview magazine. Sporting a teased up 'do and striking black eye makeup, Katy's look is part haute couture, part Amy Winehouse, and response has been somewhat mixed. While Twitter user @KARLISMYUNKLE called the look "a good direction for her to be going in. HOT," Idolator wondered how the mag managed to pull off making the pop star look like a raven-haired Paris Hilton. Could the singer be reinventing her image now that she's split from Russell Brand?
