Congressman flays Sean Hannity as the 'worst excuse for a journalist'
2/27/2013Congress and the president aren't producing much meaningful dialogue on the sequester, so of course it's too much to ask a Fox News bloviator and a strident congressman to rise much above playground rock-throwing. Sean Hannity and Rep. Keith Ellison (D-Minn.) have swapped stink before, but it took barely an exchange of greetings for it to heat up again Tuesday when Ellison slammed the commentator as "the worst excuse for a journalist I've ever seen." Hannity eventually dismissed the Democrat as "a total waste of time." Perhaps it was all staged to make the actual sequester debate appear high-minded by comparison.
