'Keith Lemon' drops trou in attempt to promote his film

The latest in the long tradition of actors appearing in character to promote their movie is Leigh Francis, appearing at the Cannes Film Festival as his perma-tan, mullet-sporting, campy alter ego Keith Lemon to promote the imaginatively named upcoming film "Keith Lemon: The Film." The poolside photo shoot, where Lemon disrobed to reveal mercifully substantial leopard print underwear, also featured co-star Kelly Brook. The actress/model, who plays herself, says she researched the eye-widening role by repeatedly watching Tulisa Contostavlos' sex tape. The "offensive" film, co-starring the unlikely combination of David Hasslehoff, Tinchy Stryder and Verne Troyer, will be released in August.
