See a dolphin tangled in fishing line beg a diver for help
1/23/2013Watch this dolphin beg for help in the waters off Hawaii's Big Island. Tangled up in a fishing line that was slicing through its pectoral fin, the graceful creature swam up to diver Keller Laros who was leading a group of snorkelers on a manta ray expedition. "The way he came right up and pushed himself into me, there was no question this dolphin was there for help," Laros said. The animal waits patiently while Laros works, finally using a knife to cut him free. Then see him swim away with a hook still embedded in his flesh and promise you'll never toss a fishing line into the ocean. [Source]
