And while outrage over Beyonce's possible fakery has mushroomed, Clarkson has revealed that mushrooms may have been the secret of her confident performance. The night before she sang before the watching world, Clarkson and her pals carbo-loaded at an Italian eatery in DC, tucking into lasagna, bruschetta, meatballs, spaghetti, chicken parm and a big batch of stuffed mushrooms.
