The fun police — aka the HOA — shut down amazing Halloween light show

Have you seen Kevin Judd's unbelievable Halloween light show? If you aren't watching it on YouTube, you won't get the chance. Despite the mind-blowing skill it took to make his house "perform" LMFAO's "Party Rock Anthem" last October, Judd has been banned from putting on a similar display this year ... or any year. The Homeowners Association of his neighborhood released a new list of "Holiday Display" rules, which Judd feels was directed right at his flashing, blinking front door. "Many of our neighbors would come out to watch every night," Judd wrote. "It’s a shame that some of those same neighbors … do not wish the display to remain."
