KFC worker fired for 'potato lickin' good' pose in photos

One Kentucky Fried Chicken employee has learned that the "lickin'" part of the restaurant's famous slogan isn't to be taken literally. After a picture of a KFC worker pretending (we hope) to lick a giant plate of mashed potatoes made its way around the Internet, she was promptly fired by her Tennessee-based bosses. A company spokesman also insists that customers weren't served any of those pretasted potatoes. "Nothing is more important to KFC than food safety," Rick Maynard wrote. "The franchisee's investigation confirmed the photos were taken after the restaurant was closed." But was it?
