Man jailed for whistling so loudly he temporarily deafened a policeman

A construction worker from Hong-Kong has been found guilty of assault after her whistled loudly near some cops. Ki Chun-Kei was participating in a protest last July when he put his fingers in his mouth and blew in the faces of policemen. Two of them claimed there was a ringing in their ears, and one couldn’t hear for two to three seconds afterwards. He was sentenced to six weeks in jail for his antics after it was also revealed he did something similar a decade ago. We’re not sure whether it was another whistle-related crime, but we’re glad this audio assassin is no longer at large. [Source]
