Kim Jong-un is now designing mini-golf courses

When you are the autocratic leader of an isolated, diplomatic pariah of a country, people are more or less forced to indulge your whims. Take for instance Kim Jong-un. The North Korean despot apparently has a dream. A dream to give his impoverished, suffering people mini-golf courses. The Supreme Leader apparently wrote in a "Report on the Procedure of Building Mini-Golf Equipment," that landscapers at the Rungna People's Pleasure Ground (an amusement park) should "plant trees between each golf facility for providing shade" and sketched helpful pictures of "people taking a break in the shade of a big tree."
