Girl tells teacher that her brother got punished with Mommy's stun gun

A Texas mother has been arrested on charges of causing injury to a child after allegedly using a stun gun to discipline her 14-year-old. Kimira Hysaw's 4-year-old daughter made a comment to her teacher that when her brother "[played] basketball without permission" he was "Tased" — as she put it — four times by their mother. When questioned by the police, the child used a crayon to draw the stun gun, which she said was "kept in Mommy's purse." When her brother was examined, officers discovered burns that were "consistent" with injuries a stun gun would produce.
