Kirk Cameron provokes with anti-gay comments3/3/2012
Kirk Cameron alarmed GLAAD and all 12 of his fans after making statements on CNN against not just gay marriage but the existence of homosexuality. "I think it's unnatural, I think it's detrimental, and ultimately destructive to so many of the foundations of civilization," he said. When asked what he would say if one of his own children was gay, he answered, "Just because you feel one way doesn't mean we should act on everything that we feel." GLAAD tells TMZ that Cameron is "out of step with a vast majority of Americans, particularly people of faith who believe that gay and lesbian brothers and sisters should be loved and accepted based on their character and not condemned because of their sexual orientation."
