1/27/2013As the tragic Brazil nightclub fire took a devastating toll on the people trapped inside, killing 232, the scene outside the Kiss club in Santa Maria was panic and pandemonium. Amateur video shot in the street showed shirtless clubgoers scurrying from the club and lying on the ground next to ambulances, with medical personnel tending to victims. Reports say exits were unmarked and either blocked or locked, and the club's license had expired in August.
