Britain will be keeping that huge diamond it stole from India
2/22/2013British Prime Minister David Cameron clearly endeared himself to the citizens of India when he said during a visit to the country that the Brits won’t be returning the Koh-i-Noor, one of the world’s largest diamonds, which they stole during their colonial regime in India. Cameron said he doesn’t believe in “returnism,” which is essentially saying “finders keepers, losers weepers!” While he was on the subject, Cameron also said the Brits aren’t going to give back the Elgin Marbles, which they plundered from Greece. So, yeah, other countries colonized by Britain, if you have any culturally important things you'd like back, you have your answer. [Source]
