Kristen Stewart navigates the red carpet on crutches

Kristen Stewart's appearance at the Oscars was just as notable for what she showed up with (crutches) as whom she showed up without (R.Patz, reportedly in Australia). Stewart managed to pose for a couple photos in her Reem Acra dress on her own — but when the red-carpet shoot was over, she hobbled away on her crutches, leaving the world wondering about her "mystery injury." One thing we know for sure: She briefly got a hand from rival franchise star Jennifer Lawrence — who now knows she could, at least for now, completely kick Kristen's rear if it comes to a "Hunger Games"/"Twilight" free-for-all. Later, before presenting the award for production design, a nervous-looking K-Stew was helped across the stage by fellow presenter Daniel Radcliffe.
