LA measure requiring porn stars to wear condoms expected to pass
11/7/2012Voters in Los Angeles County were asked to weigh in on whether adult film actors should wear condoms while at work. The Safer Sex in the Adult Film Industry Act, otherwise known as Measure B, was backed by the AIDS Healthcare Foundation, which said it would safeguard public health. Early returns suggest that the measure will pass handily, meaning producers will have to apply for a permit to film sex scenes in LA County and insist their performers are well protected. [Source]
