Landlord accused of secretly recording female tenants

A landlord has been charged with secretly recording three female tenants after he allegedly installed secret cameras in their apartments in Montgomery County, Md. One of the alleged victims examined the smoke alarm the landlord had installed above her bed after reading an article about hidden cameras in Cosmopolitan magazine, according to her attorney. Police say what she found in the smoke alarm led to her 63-year-old landlord, a lawyer, being accused of secretly recording the women when they were naked or being intimate with their boyfriends.
