LAPD forgot to tell Biggie's family about autopsy release, apologizes
12/9/2012The release of Notorious B.I.G.'s autopsy by the Los Angeles Police Department was intended to generate more clues in the rapper's now 15-year-old slaying, and now the cops have one helpful tip.
