Aurora shooting suspect is mentally ill, his lawyers say

The accused shooter in Aurora's bloody movie theater massacre is mentally ill, according to his lawyers. James Holmes' attorneys made the declaration Thursday during a hearing in Centennial, Colo., about whether to release sealed documents to the public. Holmes reportedly maintained the same "dazed demeanor" he's kept during public appearances since the shooting rampage.
