Well, sorry to break it to you, but a new study by Harvard researchers found that those at the top of the country's political, military, business and nonprofit organizations are taking it pretty easy in their swanky offices. Researchers found that top leaders had lower levels of the stress hormone cortisol coursing through their oh-so-chill bodies. But how could this be? It turns out the sense of control that comes with being in charge acts as a block against stress, so while there may be more responsibility, things are pretty good at the top. [Source]
