Warning: Lean Cuisine ravioli may contain glass shards

2/12/2013

This ought to be good for your diet. Nestle has recalled more than half a million Lean Cuisine packaged meals after three customers reported that they found glass shards in their ravioli. Mercifully, no injuries have been reported. According to the company's press release, the recall applies to two production codes on Lean Cuisine Culinary Collection Mushroom Mezzaluna Ravioli. Customers are advised to keep a sharp eye out for recalled meals in their freezer and contact the company if any turn up. The recalled packages are listed as "best before" December 2013, but looks like it's best if they're not eaten at all. [Source]
