Pooch with no front paws gets new leash on life with prosthetics

You know what they say about life giving you lemons? A dog in Mexico City named Lemon Pie got more than his share of misfortune at the hands of organized criminals who brutally cut off both his paws as they might the fingers of kidnap victims. But a local animal rescue center has helped him make lemonade, metaphorically speaking, by fitting him with a pair of $8,000 prosthetic legs, paid for after an international appeal. Now Lemon Pie can walk, run and lead a normal life, and judging from this video, he really does seem happy as pie. [Source]
