It took 13 years, but somebody finally remembered to thank Chad Lowe. Lena Dunham gave Rob Lowe's semi-obscure younger brother a shoutout Sunday night when she collected her Golden Globe for "Girls," fulfilling a joke-turned-promise she made in August. "FYI I will probably mention you if I ever receive any award at all in my lifetime," she tweeted to Lowe last summer. So why’d she do it? Lowe was famously forgotten by then-wife Hilary Swank in 2000 when she gave her acceptance speech after winning an Oscar for "Boys Don't Cry."
