Cops: Woman mailed knife to her kids, asked them to murder her in-laws

The mind fairly reels. A Florida woman is in jail on a $5 million bond after authorities say she plotted from afar to have her school-age children murder her in-laws. Leticia Silva's two daughters, ages 7 and 9, have lived with her in-laws for seven years, ever since she was arrested on a meth-related charge and jailed. Silva's alleged plot went south when the kids' grandmother found the knife under one of the girl's pillows.
