Lindsay Lohan bails on Barbara Walters at last minute; no one shocked

It’s the "Is anyone shocked?" headline of the week: Troubled starlet Lindsay Lohan has reportedly canceled on Barbara Walters for a much anticipated "20/20" interview set to air next Friday. Lohan had booked the interview to promote her new Elizabeth Taylor-centered Lifetime movie, "Liz & Dick," but apparently she bailed after learning that Walters planned to dig into her ever-juicy personal life (lame — it's pretty much Walters' job description to pry into the lives of the world's most rich and famous). To be fair, though, it’s crappy timing for the "20/20" bit — the “Mean Girls” star, 26, has been involved in various, uh, incidents lately, including a taped fight with mom Dina Lohan, a hotel skirmish with a Congressional staffer, and the new report that the Santa Monica City Attorney’s office is about to charge Lohan with a misdemeanor for allegedly lying to cops last June after a car crash.
