Lindsay Lohan might be headed back to the big house

Part-time Liz Taylor impersonator and full-time troublemaker Lindsay Lohan might be headed back to the slammer, as a court commissioner has officially revoked her probation. A hearing has been scheduled for Jan. 15th in light of three misdemeanor charges from a June 8 crash on the Pacific Coast Highway. After the accident, Lindsay told officers that she hadn’t been the one driving, a claim prosecutors say is a lie. Lohan’s on probation because in 2011 she walked out of a Venice, Calif., jewelry store wearing a $2,500 necklace and never returned it. If a judge decides there has been a violation of her probation, or is a Liz Taylor fan, Lohan could see another 245 days in jail. [Source]
