Hollywood clubbers will tell you that Lindsay Lohan is to the party scene what cheese is to pizza: a hot mess all over it. In the past, LiLo has spent New Year's Eve partying hard everywhere from St. Barts to Italy. This year Lindsay is telling her friends she'll just have a quiet dinner in London, where she's currently on holiday, and stay home (home being a hotel, of course) with close friends and family instead.
