We vote LiLo stays home forever so she stops getting in trouble

Lindsay Lohan’s legal troubles are far from over (we have the strangest feeling we’ve said that before). The actress will reportedly be charged for lying to cops in June when she said she wasn’t behind the wheel of a Porsche that rammed into a truck on the Pacific Coast Highway — which, multiple witnesses say, she totally was. The misdemeanor charge may not sound like a huge deal, but because Lohan’s still on probation for shoplifting, it could mean jail time. On the bright side, Lohan has apparently skirted drug charges related to prescription pills found in her purse and car trunk after the crash after her lawyer proved the pills were properly prescribed.
