LiLo won't be prosecuted, but her problems aren't over
8/29/2012Good news and bad news for Lindsay Lohan. Good: The L.A. County District Attorney isn’t planning to prosecute her for the alleged theft of $100,000 worth of jewelry and watches from a home where she'd been staying. In fact, the D.A.’s office told TMZ it “received no evidence that any jewelry, including watches, was taken” – only cash, sunglasses, an iPod and a set of keys valued, in total, at only $6,400. The bad news? Lohan has been banned from the Chateau Marmont hotel, where she spent 47 days this summer, for non-payment of her $46,350.04 bill, which included $3,145 in minibar charges, $686 for cigarettes, and $100 for a Chateau Candle. That's a pricey hunk of wax. [Source]
