Little League ump's strike call resembles a seizure

Little League umpires hold a lot of power. It's not just about balls, strikes, and the rhythm of the game. The ump is responsible for kids with still-forming emotional psyches each inning who step forward and take a shot at failure or success. This guy in Illinois, though, must not have a child of his own because he's clearly all about third-strike theatrics. Or maybe he's not an insensitive jackass, and that by drawing the attention to himself, we forget about the kid who whiffed?
