As Americans, we tend to believe that we are the best at blowing things up. We even have a holiday that is dedicated solely to burning meat and setting off fireworks (and the birth of a nation, but that's not important). But if the New Year's Eve fireworks display in London this year is any indication, we've got some competition across the pond. The massive display of fireworks behind iconic British landmarks like the London Eye and Big Ben really takes your breath away. Guess the colony doesn't fall too far from the colonial nation after all.
