Boy writes to Lego to apologize for losing toy, gets awesome response
1/10/2013Luka Apps saved his Christmas money to buy the Lego Ninjago Ultrasonic Raider set, so he was doubly disappointed when he lost one of the characters at the supermarket. He emailed the company to see if they'd send him another Jay ZX figure — and to apologize for losing it. "I promise I won't take him to the shop again if you can [replace him]," the 7-year-old wrote. Lego responded in the most awesome way. "Sensei Wu [a Ninjago character] … told me it was okay if I sent you a new Jay," a Lego employee named Richard wrote. Not only that, but he sent the boy some extras for being "a really big Ninjago fan." So rad. [Source]
