Madonna, dressed as Cub Scout, kisses Anderson Cooper at GLAAD Awards

Madonna presented Anderson Cooper with an award at the GLAAD Media Awards Saturday, and she dressed up as a Cub Scout to do the honors. Then she planted a big smooch on Coop. Wearing what appeared to be a pretty straightforward Cub Scout outfit (obviously something of a tweak at the less-than-progressive organization's politics), Madge gave an impassioned speech about anti-gay bullying: "Love thy neighbor as thyself," she said. Cooper was presented with Vito Russo Award (named for the activist and film historian who was one of the founders of GLAAD) in recognition of  his "stature and accomplishment as an openly gay journalist."
