Mail carriers so scared of fluffy cat they won't serve house
4/5/2012Dogs like Rottweilers, pit bulls and Doberman Pinschers have a long history of scaring mail carriers with gnashing teeth, menacing barks and salivating stares. But, in a quiet neighborhood in the U.K., there is a new cause for alarm: a giant, fluffy kitten. Yes, that's right. A cuddly looking feline named Snowball has been driving so much fear into the hearts of mail carriers that the Royal Mail has banned delivery to her house. The 10-inch tall crazed cat has so far attacked three carriers who suffered "quite deep cuts." Snowball's owner, however, says the claims are "utterly ridiculous" and his cat is harmless. "I respect postmen ... but they are in serious danger of making the Post Office a laughingstock."
Do you think Royal Mail has overreacted?
