Make YouTube comments suck less with 'Herp Derp'

7/12/2012

If you thought those comments you've been leaving on various YouTube videos were profound, thoughtfully crafted responses that the creator would really appreciate, you were wrong. We can all admit that too many of the comments that follow Internet videos are downright idiotic. But thanks to a genius browser extension from tech blogger Tanner Stokes, mankind will no longer have to read foolish babble. The downloadable extension kindly translates your message into the more tolerable language of stupidity: "Herp Derp." For example, this tool will convert the comment "omg Justin Bieber" to the entirely more eloquent observation: "derp derp herp herp derp derp." Virtually the same message, but much more pleasant to read.
