Man busted for DUI before he even leaves driveway

What may have made police charge a Florida man trying to back out of his driveway with DUI before he even made it to the street? There was the reported "strong odor of alcohol" on Dennis Jones' breath and the fact that his glasses only had one lens. Then there were the neighbors, who called the cops after reportedly watching Jones crash into the trees in his front yard. And we guess we can add that Jones candidly told attending officers that he had had "less than one pint of vodka" that morning. The real clincher, though, was likely the breathalyzer test that put his blood alcohol content at more than three times the legal limit.
