Creepy genital washer charged with misuse of water fountain

Don't drink the water in Couch Park in Portland, Ore. — at least until its drinking fountain has been thoroughly cleaned. A man was charged with "misuse of a drinking fountain" as well as indecent exposure and disorderly conduct Monday after allegedly washing his genitals in the neighborhood park’s water fountain. Far less guffaw-worthy, a witness says the creep was only 10 feet away from a group of kids, whom he'd tried to engage in conversation, when he disrobed and set to scrubbing.
