Guy gets DUI by driving his car onto AA founder's front lawn

12/27/2012

Donald Blood III, at the very least you deserve style points. The Vermont State Police were called after Blood drove his car onto the lawn of the Alcoholics Anonymous co-founder Christmas Eve. Blood apparently mistook the grass surrounding the historic home of the late Bill Wilson for a parking lot, if that gives you an clue about his level of intoxication. The Massachusetts man was given a DUI and a court date. Meanwhile, the Wilson House — described as "a place of sanctuary where people can come to give thanks to God for their new lives" — continues to host several AA meetings every week. [Source]
