Man leaves address on suitcase of abandoned pups

Look at those widdle faces and widdle paws! And those tiny ears! (We'll pause here so you can squeal). How anyone could zip these six puppies into a suitcase and abandon them beside an alley trash bin is beyond us, but luckily they were rescued after a passer-by spotted their mother pacing beside the bag. The dogs' former owner, Howard Davis, has been charged with animal abandonment after the suitcase was traced back to him. Not only is Davis (allegedly) a terrible person, he's also (allegedly) a terrible criminal, since he left a luggage tag with his contact info attached to the suitcase. The 4-week-old pups are currently in foster care.
