Man strips down to birthday suit to 'protest' TSA at airport
4/18/2012An Oregon resident flying to California flew out of his clothes (yes, all of them) at a Portland International Airport security checkpoint Tuesday night as a "form of protest against TSA screeners who he felt were harassing him," according to the police report. John E. Brennan's spontaneous strip show halted screening traffic and prompted some passengers to cover "their eyes and their children's eyes," while others snapped photos and laughed. Brennan's father expressed "shock," saying, "He hasn't been under any stress that I know of. He's never really under any stress...This is quite a surprise." We're hoping this striptease-near-the-tarmac trend doesn't take off - though, based on a similar incident last week, we're not optimistic.
Was Brennan's 'protest' warranted or out of line?
